THE CONCEPT
We are working on the development of a unique project ‑ Premium Level Glamping Resort located on the outskirts of the city of Sibenik, in the famous tourist area “Zablace”. The resort will include a recepcion, coworking space, social area with a pool, spa, kids zone, landscape design, restaurant and bars. The estimate finalization of the first phase is in the end of 2027.
THE LOCATION
The resort is located on the first line to the beach, in the shade of tall pine trees in Zablace where is all the necessary infrastructure, 7 km from the historical center of the City of Sibenik.
- Size of plot is min. 100 m2.
- Average rent price for the plot is 80 euros per m2 per year (depending on villa group location).
- The rent of the plot is provided directly by Adria Holiday Resort d.o.o. and is provided with the 3 years prepayment.
- Rent contract is for 10 years with right to extend.
- The rent includes one car parking spot.
- Water, sewage and electrical connection.
- Cleaning and maintenance contract with our property management company.
- Booking, reception contract with our hospitality company.

How do I know what size of the plot do I have?
For the first stage the plots will be mark each house separately, we are planing to develop a design project of camp territory and that will include marking all the plots.
What happens after 10 years with the lease of the land?
The mobile villa owner will have priority on be the first to sign new contract with new terms adjusted to the market.
What happens in case if you won't extend the agreement for lease of the land?
The tenant has the right to extend the contract with Camp on the terms in force at the ti me of renewal of the contract. Refusal to renew is possible if the tenant violated the rules and order in the camp.
